Why am I being asked to confirm my order ?If we see any suspicious activity with an order, we will email you and ask you to confirm all order information to ensure there is no fraudulent activity. This is to protect ourselves, and the card holder from any fraudulent purchases.

Processing and shipping times ?Shipping now takes 3-5 business days, due to tariffs. We also make our wigs per order for the best quality, which can take up to 5 business days depending on the length, density, and color.

Return and refund policy ?We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Terms of return: Return within 30 days after delivery State of return has to be unworn, with no alterations or damages Process for return: Contact us by email or chat to initiate return, state reason for return.
